I know Victoria's Secret!

LADIES!!!!! LISTEN UP!!!!! and gentlemen too for that matter...

For years and years we all have wondered what Victoria's Secret actually is... was she once a man? Is she an alien? Does she have 6 toes? Does she have a tail?

I am happy to report that after some help from news teams, I have discovered the answer! I encourage you to all watch this video about department stores (namely V.S.), who sell underwear, accept returns after they have been worn, re-tag them and put them right back out on the sales floor!!!!! GROSSSSS!!!!!

I am extremely disappointed to learn that this practice in not illegal as it in my opinion, breaks all sorts of health code violations. Victoria's Secret is not the only store that does this! Macy's, Bloomingdale's, Nordstrom's, The Gap, and many others are also committing this crime!

For the LOVE of God ladies, if you purchase new underwear anywhere - please wash before you wear! Gentlemen.. if you by something sassy for your lady don't expect her to wear it as soon as she opens it - you may get something you never asked for...

Larchmont's Brick House...

I really love my neighborhood. I live in Hancock Park and walking distance from Larchmont which is definitely a treat. Larchmont is one of those streets that you can walk down and almost instantly be reminded of why life is wonderful. Do You Have My Back?

I would have loved to start this blog by saying I have the back of an 80 year old but that wouldn't be fair. My grandmother as you read yesterday, turned 87 and her back is way better than mine! I have four things working against me: 1. Homework, and lot's of it, requires I sit for extended periods of time. Sure, I get up and walk around every so often but it doesn't take too much time when I sit back down for me to feel my posture going from straight to hunched over. 2. At work, I am either sitting at a computer or carrying large boxes with a variety of weights up and down stairs all day. And yes, I am "lifting with my knees!" 3. I have never actually weighed my breasts before but I would think they are close to the weight of two cantaloupes! Are they great to have? Think Long and Hard Before You Bump.

A few weeks back I decided to really pamper myself. I went to a fantastic yoga class, got a massage and then popped over to good ol' Larchmont to get a sandwich one dreams about from Larchmont Delicatessen. As I strolled on inside donning my best workout attire and a rocking hairstyle after my sweet head massage, I perused the shelves for a tasty snack while I waited in line to order. I decided that I would try a brand of coconut water that I had never had before to try another attempt at figuring out what all the fuss was about. As I was reading the back of the box (yes, this brand came in a juice box looking container), I heard a man's voice say, "That stuff is disgusting, don't do it".
